When you're a student, pizza bread is usually the almost mouldy end of a loaf, left over pasta sauce, a shrunken bit of old onion and the dregs of a block of cheese. So 'posh' pizza bread seems a bit of an oxymoron, doesn't it? Well, it doesn't have to be...
Sun dried tomatoes, a crazy amount of mozzarella balls (make sure to buy vegetarian mozarella), herbs and what I think were gherkins more than made up for it though. Stick 'em on top of thick white bread and grill it. Simple and delicious.
Perfect, rich, warming, drool worthy veggie food for when you just can't be bothered cooking.

To me, anything involving sun dried tomatoes, black olives and a ridiculous amount of olive oil is posh - ok?! Well, I say black olives, but I spat one out as soon as I started chewing it (I'm SUCH a lady) so they had to go. I'll keep trying them - but so far they're definitely one of my least favourite foods!
