After we'd all settled down with a glass of bucks fizz, Mikey explained how New CID Cosmetics was created in response to women overwhelmed by the range of products readily available on the market. Which products would work for them? Which colours? New CID wanted to simplify it by making easy to use products in shades as universal as possible.
Mikey started by showing us a Spring look - polished skin, pink-plum lips, bronzer and a pop of blush. Lipstick was buffed on to the cheeks for dewy colour, I love when make-up artists use products in unconventional ways! He then moved on to an evening look with smokey eyes, using black gel eyeliner as a base and the MOST INCREDIBLE silvery mousse eyeshadow.
We were also given a generous selection of products to try out at home, so far I'm really enjoying the i-flutter mascara and can't wait to give the i-prime a thorough testing!
New CID Cosmetics can be bought from their online store. To attend a masterclass or have a make-up lesson, check out the services available at New ID Studios.
I love their blusher and highlighter duo. Great for travel and the colors are so flattering.

I love Mikey!! He's so lovely! He sent me a bunch of stuff to try a few months ago, and I'm in LOVE! The iPrime is hands down, the best primer I've ever tried!
