Today I felt a bit like trowelling on the make-up and doing something dramatic! I decided to recreate a look that I wore on a night out a few weeks ago, involving '60s inspired eyeshadow, Arabic eyeliner, 80's cheeks, gothic skin and apocalyptic lips. Quite a mash up, really!
EYES - TFSI, Kryolan white eyeliner, Sleek white eyeshadow, DG Glitter Glue, Beauty UK glitter, Sleek dark brown and black eyeshadows, Stargazer bronzer, Collection 2000 liquid eyeliner, mascara.
FACE - Stargazer white foundation, No.7 'Beautifully Matte' foundation, Sleek white eyeshadow, Collection 2000 powder, Stargazer bronzer (love this stuff!)
LIPS - Illamasqua 'Apocalips'
Don't worry, on the actual night out I pale out my neck, chest and arms too - I felt too lazy to do so today, hence the tan neck and chest!
Falsies would amp this look up a bit more - but between the eyeliner and the lips I think there's already enough going on! Swapping the teal for a peachy nude and popping on some falsies would probably be a look most would feel a bit more themselves in, however. Still - this look is very 'me' and I still think 'Apocalips' is FREAKIN' AWESOME.

This looks great! I love being pale versus tan (which is totally opposite to how I was when I was younger) I especially love apocalips on you!
I've been really interested to see how this lipstick looks ever since I first heard about it and you've styled it beautifully! I love everything about this look but I agree that you'd have to tone down something else to be able to add lashes. But I think this look is perfect as it is! So refreshing to see something slightly different! xx

I love Apocalips! It looks much more blue on you that it does on me! I neither tan nor pale myself out for a night out - can't be bothered with either, and I don't look good tanned!

Love this look, the lipstick is amazing! I neither fake tan nor pale myself when I go out, I am one of the palest people I know anyway, so I don't bother trying to do anything to change it. When I was about 12/13 I went through a stage of wearing black lipstick occasionally, but it didn't suit me and I learnt my lesson! x

I love that glitter! Back when I used to use Rimmel face products I used to powder my face with (also Rimmel) white eyeshadow over pressed powder and use extra on nights out...It pretty much looked like the 'natural look' on me though as I'm so pale! I haven't done anything similar for a while.

It's like you're screaming to me to get that awesome apocolips, and i do want it, but i have that turquoise lipgloss from illamasqua which isn't as dry as the lipsticks so... But maybe i'll get it anyway!
