NOTD - Barry M 'Teal'

'Teal' (though the ex art student in me begs to call this an aquamarine/ bright petrol blue) is one the the newest nail polish releases from Barry M. While there are a dozen or more similar polishes in colour to this already available on the highstreet, I loved the near metallic finish to Barry M 'Teal' and that was reason enough to buy it!


In some lights, it seems more green, in some more blue - but I wouldn't call 'Teal' a duochrome by any means. In the bottle, it seems to have a purple flash, but you'll only notice it on the nails if you're really looking! I imagine this would look pretty awesome with bright Summer clothes and a tan...


Opaque in three coats, longer drying time than average (but not ridiculous), near-metallic finish.

£2.99 for 10ml of product from Superdrug, Boots and online.

    so incredibly pretty. you are right: even though they are other similar colour polishes, i think this one is unique with its finish. would want to see it with the fancy one they brought out as well, you know the silvery lilaccy, which looks a bit like 'not like the movies'
