FOTD - Shrouded in...Polar Bears?!

After seeing Fashioned in Finland post some EOTDs using Fyrinnae, I knew I had to try to recreate one of them! The look in question used 'Polar Bear', a beautiful, soft, nude gold and 'Kung Pao', a deep, shimmering brown. I don't own 'Kung Pao', so I improvised with something else :)

EYES - TFSI, Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy, Fyrinnae 'Polar Bear', Fyrinnae 'Shrouded in Gold', Fyrinnae 'Lousy Tip', Beauty UK nude beige, Kryolan liquid eyeliner, mascara.

FACE - Kryolan Ultra Foundation as concealer, Collection 2000 Matt + Minerals foundation, Kryolan translucent powder mixed with Fyrinnae 'Centre Stage' highlight powder, Darling Girl Cosmetics 'Carnival' blush, Sleek 'Peach' Glo Palette.

LIPS - MAC 'Honeylove' lipstick, Soap and Glory 'Cotton Candy' gloss.

I loooove how 'Polar Bear' looks over pixie epoxy (which was kindly sent to me by Fatima, AKA  Galen_UK on Twitter). I will be putting it to the test against Hi-Fi High Impact Shadow Insurance to see how they compare. Will the infamous, much loved pixie epoxy have met its rival? What do you think?

  10. That gold is gorgeous! The only gold shadow I own is the gold from Ben Nyes lumiere palette, and while a pretty color, it just isn't quite what I'm looking for in a gold shadow. This is so lovely. I really need to start branching out into other brands a bit more so I can get my hands onto beauties like these.
