FOTD - Golden Brown Eyes

This morning, amid drinking tea and painting, I asked the world of Twitter for an eyeshadow combination I could do today. Stacey from MadeFromSugarandSpice thought I should try her 'go to' colours - gold and brown.

[[ Dragged through a hedge backwards... ]]

I started off thinking, 'Gold and brown, that's nice and neutral, discreet, wearable.' then I just got a bit crazy with the eyeliner and thought, 'Sod it! Lets go all out!'

EYES - ELF black cream eyeliner, Barry M 'Chocolate Brown', Fyrinnae 'Shrouded in Gold', Sassy Minerals 'Understated', Illamasqua Sealing Gel, Kryolan black cake eyeliner, Kryolan white pencil eyeliner, Yaby white eyeshadow.

FACE - Kryolan Ultra Foundation as concealer, Collection 2000 Matt + Minerals, Accessorize 'Bermuda' bronzer, Ben Nye terracotta blush, Sleek Peach Glo palette, Rimmel powder.

LIPS - A dab of foundation and my much loved MAC 'Honeylove' lipstick.

I like doing this sort of eyeliner, it's a nice break from having everything focused on the upped lid/ lashline. Paired with 60's 'S' shape eyeshadow and not joining the upper and lower 'liner would give a decent Mod look, if anyone fancie giving that a go!

Got any looks/ combinations you want me to try? Leave a comment and I'll get to it :)
