Thank you, Shu Uemura!

A little while back, Shu Uemura UK had a giveaway on Twitter once they had reached 1000 followers. I wasn't even aware that it was happening until I got a bunch of 'Congratulations!' messages - I'd won £200 worth of Shu Uermura products and even got to choose them for myself :D I was crazy excited since I'd always wanted to try their products, but being a young and jobless student could never afford to treat myself to any.

Being the lipstick fiend I am, I chose three neutral colours - though they're all very similar, I'll probably give a couple to friends. I also chose a sheeny black and pale cream eyeshadow, peach and amber blushes, UV Under Base Mousse and a purifying cleansing oil.

I'm looking forward to trying these out - especially the mousse and amber blush! The peach blush looks EXACTLY like the MAC beauty powder 'What a Dame!' which I used up (yes, an entire pan of the stuff) - I'm hoping they're dupes!

    Well done for winning - lucky girl!
    I have used a few of their shadows before and it`s very hit and miss. I personally find them quite difficult to blend but their shadows and lipsticks are great.
