Nail Marbling Attempt #2

The first time I tried water marbling my nails was a disaster. Truly. My hands were covered in purple, black and white nail varnish and my nails looked like some sort of 17th century sailors' disease. Needless to say, this was because I hadn't found SimpleLittlePleasure's awesome marbling videos! She has some beautiful designs and explains everything really well, so if you're a marbling newbie like me, they are a God send :)

They aren't perfect - but they are pretty! I clearly suck at clean up though haha.

What do you guys think of the new layout? I'm not sure if I'm sold on it yet. Do you like my little comment bats, Egor and Victor?

  3. Love the combination of blues! I'd call this a very successful water marble. :)

As for cleanup, this tutorial completely changed my (nail polishing) life: http://littlemusicboxes.blogspot.com/2010/01/how-to-get-that-picture-perfect.html

  4. @ Julissa, thanks! Those videos are seriously amazing.

@ Jonna, haha, aw! Did you use a stick to remove the polish from the top of the water before taking your finger out? I think that's where it went wrong for me the first time.

@ Danielle, WOW. That is the neatest manicure I've ever seen 0_0 Thank you so much for the link!
